The Bible is all about a family. As we read, we find that families are intended to grow, thrive and teach one another. We also find that families have their fair share of problems. In the Kingdom of God we are a part of the family of God.

The Bible tells us in 1 John 3:1 that we are God's children. The Bible also tells us in 2 Corinthians 11:2 that we are the bride of God's son, Christ. We also learn in Romans 8:17 that we are joint heirs with Christ. This is exciting news! We may feel that our earthly family has abandoned us or forsaken us but our family in Christ will last forever.  The Bible says in Deuteronomy 31:6 that our Father in Heaven will never fail us nor abandon us.
